Outlook Express does not have any way to assign a message to a category or
make a group that views by category. A kludgy way to fake it out is to use
a rule to add a prefix to the Subject, then sort your inbox by Subject.
However, Outlook Express can only sort by one column, so if you sort by
Subject, your dates will get out of order.
Outlook Express does not have a Rules Wizard. Instead, select
Tools->Rules (I think).
Outlook Express does not tie tightly into Exchange, and in fact is rarely
used with Exchange. This means that Outlook Express does not have
voting buttons.
